Basically, you get in touch, they do their magic and most of the time your problem is solved within minutes. Industry leading customer service! The WhatsApp help service option from Afrihost is excellent. Dealt with my issue concisely. Person on the other end helping was for me the best when interacting with. Her turnaround time to providing responses was efficient and resolved my issue promptly.
