I was amazed at the outstanding level of customer service I received on a Saturday late afternoon, when their offices are supposedly closed. Afrihost is the best when it comes to customer service, they place a high standard on their service delivery and I cannot see myself with any other ISP. Even if Afrihost had to cost abit more, i'd pay more and save myself a ton of stress dealing with other ISP's with poor customer service.
