Twice Afrihost in conjunction with the fibre line provider have quickly responded and resolved issues with the physical line. The last resolution was done on the same day the issue was reported.

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.

Excellent service, I’m in the pre-order phase for my area (so technically not a full-on client) yet the service received thus far has been bar none
